What is Homes for Heroes?

Homes for Heroes was formed after the 9/11 tragedy. The program is a community minded company who purpose is to provide real reabates & real discounts for workforce heroes who are buying, selling, or refinancing a home!

Who qualifies as a Hero?

Active Military & Veterans, Law Enforcement, FireFighters, Heath Care Professionals, First Response, K-12 Teachers, Pastors....

How much can I save?

The final selling or buying price of your home will determine the amount of your savings. With the Friends of Heroes program... once you buy or sell as a HFH member, you continue to receive savings info as long as you keep your information current with your affiliate realtor! Homes for Heroes affiliates have agreed to the following rebates & discounts:

25% Rebate on the Gross Brokerage Commission (applied to your closing costs)

50% Discount on the Loan Origination Fee, incl ReFi's

25% off Home Inspection Fees

For example: a Hero purchasing a $135,000 home would save approx $1800 if using a HFH affiliate realtor, lender, & inspectors compared to a typical real estate transaction.
